General Laboratory:
General lab systems such as multiple fume hoods, water purification systems, 7-unit temperature controlled sample storage, and hundreds of linear feet of lab bench space support the laboratory.  NJAL uses a centralized log in facility as well as a sample tracking system following the fate of each sample as it integrates in the lab environment. Data are produced and maintained in a secure redundant back up-lab network system.  The data produced are ultimately formatted into data deliverables of client’s choice from data summaries to full deliverables and electronic submission.

Location:
NJAL is located in Pennington, New Jersey. This position places us no more than 1-2 hours from any point in our service area.  Our location also allows for same day service and support for rush services and short hold times.  Our laboratory covers over 10,000 square feet of modern lab space, integrated with HVAC; controls and systems to support sample integrity and processing.  The newly outfitted location is the third location held by NJAL due to the rapidly expanding needs to support our customer base.  Renovations and expansion was complete in 11/2005.  In this facility, NJAL has specialized locations for multiple activities such as Volatile and semi Organic Compounds in an over-pressured laboratory, a microbiological analysis area and a complete state of the art Metals lab including ICPMS capability for low level metal targets.

Lab Safety:
NJAL adopts the most capable safety plans available and prides itself on a long history of lab and environmental safety since inception.  Our laboratory and vehicle fleet are fully insured to commercial limits.
